Couple of weeks ago I wrote in my blog about the possible need of getting out of the comfort zone.. Well I've indeed stepped outside the comfortable life, awright ;-). For me that means cutting calories or alternatively on tough working days staying on the same low level of carbs. I do change the amount of carbs and total calories during the week, staying at the lowest on 1500 and highest around 1900-2500 calories. I keep a very precise diary of everything I eat. It really helps me to stay on track of where I'm going dietwise, as I easily otherwise start to snip off calories here and there, and then end up eating too little.
These last few days have been quite tough, I must say. Even my friends have been laughing to my dizziness and "alzheimer" symptoms.. That's why I feel so lucky for being able to have a small vacation right now, when I'm starting to feel the exhaustion of the diet. Tomorrow morning we're going to fly to Milan, Italy, for a weekend off. Shopping, shopping and enjoying good food and a wonderful country. Grreat!
Funny coincidence- Finnish IFBB pro Jerry Ossi is also flying same time tomorrow morning to UK for his debut at the pro show in London, so he's staying overnight at our house. He's in an awesome condition! I wish him the best of luck from my heart and I hope everything is going to work out just super. Thumbs up :)!
