Great ending

... for a great week! I finally got to train my two favourite musclegroups, delts & chest. Trainingloads were a bit lighter than normally, but I concentrated on getting a good contraction and pump for the muscles. Each training is always a little bit different from the last one, that way I ensure that I don't get stuck on training with the same program, same movements, same loads. I also go with the feeling, when it comes to what to train and wich day. This suits me, as I've been training for several years, and allready know my body, my weaknesses and my strengths. Due to my physically demanding work as an equitherapist, I also get really worn out some days. On days like those I don't go to the gym, but instead I'll try to recover, give my body some well earned rest and hit the gym the following day instead.
